Information collection and use

  • Use of the Mytonomy TV app: We may collect, or we may allow our strategic partners and services providers, including streaming platforms that work with Mytonomy to provide the Mytonomy TV app, to collect information about what you’re watching, including what content you’re playing, when you played it, the device you played it from, and where in the content you paused or stopped watching. A detailed history of all playback activity may also be collected. We use this information to provide the service and to improve the Mytonomy TV app for you and others.   
  • Communications with You: Users may communicate with the website administrator and other staff members at Mytonomy via email or phone. In such cases, Mytonomy will collect and process the email address, phone number, and any other information included in the communications. Mytonomy will use that information to respond to the communications and provide the service. Note Mytonomy would never ask you for financial information or other sensitive information . If a user notices suspicious activity, such as emails seeking personal financial information that appear to be from Mytonomy, please contact the Mytonomy Web administrator.

Sharing with third parties

We may share personal information with third party contractors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, which are subject to reasonable confidentiality terms, and which may include maintenance services, technology support providers, email communications providers, and data storage providers.

We may also disclose personal information when we have a good faith belief that this is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, a court order, government investigation or legal process, or as may be required by applicable law.
