Lena's focus is always around process optimization and overall improvement of collaboration practices internally and externally. Being a people person, Lena builds strong trustworthy relationships within the team and the customers.

Prior to joining Mytonomy, Lena served as a Director of Services Operations at PrecisionHawk, commercial drone and data company, and System Operations & Analytics Manager at REIN, an insurtech startup.

Lena was born in Ukraine but is now living in Raleigh, NC, with her husband and daughter.
