Tyresha Williams: Tyresha Williams again, and I'm going to tell you a little bit about the KIPP CTR Program. It actually stands for the Capital Teaching Residency, and it's a program that accepts people who graduate from college. They accept you into the program. You have to do a resume, interview. The program is a year-long program. Once you get accepted they start you off as a co-teacher in the classroom. There's an elementary school. They have two teachers, which is a lead teacher and a co-teacher. You'll start off as a co-teacher for a year, and then the next following year you'll get your own classroom, and you'll be a lead teacher. It's a first-year teacher's pay salary. They help you, they give you any classes that you didn't take or any classes that they feel you need to take. They offer those classes to you. They have programs if you want to be a teacher, not just for KIPP, but for any other school.
